HTML email and word wrap

When I use HTML format to compose a new email message,
with or without using stationery, the text I type doesn't
wrap--instead a horizontal scroll bar appears and a single
line of text goes on infinitely. Does anyone know how I
can make the text wrap?

I'm using Outlook 2000.
