Hi
In Word 2002, you can do File > Save As and choose to save your file as a
Web Page, or Web Page (filtered). If you save as Web Page, Word saves all
the information necessary to round-trip the document from Word to HTML and
back to Word. If you save as Filtered, then Word saves less information, and
you may lose some formatting if you try to re-open the document as a Word
document.
