HTML Format of a forwarded message

Hi,
I have a question. I send out a HTML email. and it gets sent fine.

However when someone forwards it using outlook and has word as their editor
it puts in all these tags that messes up the formating. Is there a way to
tell outlook not to put in those tags in the HTML that i send in the orig.
email?
