when I forward or create and send in html format with pictures embedded they
arrive at the other end as attachments and not embedded in the html e-mail. I
am using outlook in office 2003. I've checked all the settings however never
have been able to set where they will send correctly since I upgraded to
Office 2003 and SP2.
