HTML links will not work

When in outlook I click on an HTML link and it fails to open my browser and
then go to the page. It gives me a restricted error and tells me that there
is a rule set by the administratir and that is me and I never did anything.
Help.

I have tried that several times. and nothing doing. I took the admin login
off the machine and it works now. Something with the restrictions using a
admin password. Does not make sence but that is what happend.

That is not the way to go. Apparently you haven't properly reset your
default browser. The way to do this depend on your browser and version of
Windows. You can search this newsgroup for instructions on basically all
combinations.
