Is there a patch or add in for MS Office 2000 Premium that will allow HTML
email accounts instead of POP3 and IMAC

No. Even Hotmail http in Outlook 2002 and 2003 is no longer supported
without the Outlook Connector installed.

Thank you, that is what I thought. It just seemed strange the you could
connect with Outlook Express but not Outlook.

older accounts can still connect for a while both in Outlook and OE.
