HTML Message (Help !!!!)

Dear All this is my second post regarding the same issue. whenever I send an HTML message it goes for the receipient in Plain text format. Although if I used the Degital Signature, it goes correctly.!!!! Our server administrators has confirmed that nothing wrong with the server at all. Can any one help pleaseeeeeeeeeee
