HTML Messages slow to open

Hi...
I have a few Outlook users who are reporting that HTML-formatted messages
are taking up to 10 seconds to open. This seems to be related to the
installation of WindowsXP SP1, as the systems were performing just fine up
until this was installed. The slow open appears on both Outlook XP and
Outlook 2003 systems. Any ideas greatly appreciated.
