HTML newsletters

I have Outlook 2003 and I'm trying to set up a newsletter to send to several
people. I don't understand how to do this in Outlook. To put graphics into
the the email I only see two choices either to paste them in which results in
the receiver not seeing them or as an attachment. I want to have the
graphics pulled from my server. How do I do that?

You'd need to write full blown HTML code. See
