html option selected but insert images etc still greyed out?

I´ve selected html under options tab.

When i then try and add an image or soemthing to an email everything is
greyed out, as if the message was still a rich text one...

I´ve selceted html message in the past, and then been able to add images
etc. with no troubles.

But now no matter what i do (restarts etc.) everything remains greyed out...

Please help, its driving me nuts!

is your cursor in the Subject field, or in the body of the message?
