HTML Panel not displayed in XP

My web site works ok running on IE6 with NT2000, Win98 & NT.
The site is developed using Frontpage.
However, I've noticed that when the site opens in XP, the left hand
contents panel does not appear to display, yet if you right click over
the 'white panel' and display the properties
(http://www.garrod.info/IndexLeftColumn.htm)or view the source, all
appears to be ok. That said, clicking on where the panels are does
fire the links.

Any ideas, much appreciated.

I have no problems seeing the left navigation Frame in Win XP and IE6

You do have some targeting issues where certain pages open outside of your frames
