HTML print error from list views

when I try to print from my outlook 2003 SP3 student/ teacher edition by
selecting the email in any of the "inbox", "sent" etc. lists and choosing
file and print, I get an error message that
says "please open this HTML message to print it". I have sent the same
message to another computer running outlook 2003 SP3 office basic edition
machine and I can print the same message with no problem. I look in the
message properties in both and they say format = HTML. also no problem from a
Outlook 2007 machine. The two 2003 machines have the exact same version
number under properties. 11.8217.8221

Am I missing some setting to get it to print correctly without having to
open all the individual emails?

It could be a facet of the printer device driver on the one PC.
