HTML Security Issue!

I don't know if this has been addressed yet. But, I just
received a virus from an email and it auto-exicuted an
attachment before i opened the message.

It's the HTML explot that allows you to write and HTML
file and have it execute an attached exe. The issue was
found in Outlook Express and was resolved. But, I've been
unable to find a fix for it in Outlook 2003. I just got a
messaged this morning that did use that explot. But,
luckly I keep my Anti-virus up todate and it stopped the
virus before it infected my machine.

The MS fix is part of the Outlook Express Cumulative Patch
