HTML signature software for Outlook

Other than a prgramme called Bells & Whistles, does anyone know of one that
can be used by Outlook (2002)to use formatted HTML signature templates for
new and reply emails? Initially I found Bells & Whistles a great solution
but it seems to be unstable in many ways.
