Hi
I'm try to distribute a corporate standard email signature for all our
employees.
Therefore I copy the htm template and including jpg in the signature folder.
Now we use OL 2003 and OL 2002
In OL 2003, the user opens the signature tool and edit the available
Signatur (enter his name and telephonenumber). He clicks OK and if he tried
to create a new message, the signature is there and the user is happy
In OL 2002, the user made the procedure like described above but if he try
to create a new message, he gets a signature without the corporate pic. There
is only a red X in it.
Is this a bug in OL 2002 or is there a workaround to make our users happy ?
