HTML Template Tokens

Not sure if this is the right forum, but exporting is a kind of conversion.

I want to export (queries, tables, reports, whatever) in HTML format. I
found a brief atricle at microsoft.com which identified a few tokens for use
in HTML remplate files (<!--AccessTemplate_Title-->,
<!--AccessTemplate_Body-->, <!--AccessTemplate_FirstPage-->, etc.) which
don't help me adjust the layout of the actual data.

If there a reference for all the tokens or, put another way, how can I
change the look and feel of data exported to HTML? I'm not talking about just
changing backgrounds and adding titles, I mean detailed HTML coding.
