HTMLAPI Problem

Hi Guys,

could you please help with this one if you can. Every time I reply to this person I am receiving this delivery failure report. Anything I can do to resolve this?

was not delivered to: [email protected]
because: Error transferring to mail.pwaxis.co.uk; HTMLAPI Problem converting to HTML HTMLAPI Problem converting to HTML

What should you do?

a.. You can resend the undeliverable document to the recipients listed above by choosing the Resend button or the Resend command on the Actions menu.
b.. Once you have resent the document you may delete this Delivery Failure Report.
c.. If resending the document is not successful you will receive a new failure report.
d.. Unless you receive other Delivery Failure Reports, the document was successfully delivered to all other recipients.
