Http 401.2 whn attempting to login to proj server through proj 2002/3

I am not able to login to project server through project
2002 or 2003. Error 401.2 . I can login fine through the
Web Access portal.

Also note; We are not in a domain and running Win XP with
IE 6.

Tim:

Make sure that anonymous access is checked on the directory security tab of
your Project Server virtual directory.
