HTTP 500 Internal Error

Got a guy in London trying to access my project server in
NY.

Over his VPN connection to his office he can access PWA
just fine.

In his office he gets a HTTP 500 - Internal Error.

Any idea what I should look at to fix this?

NOTE: No one in NY has this issue.

Tell him to add the vpn connection (web address) to the
Trusted Sites Zone.
