Although I can get in via webmail, I am no longer able to contact my Exchange server via Entourage. I've repaired permissions. I've entirely deleted the account in Entourage and re-entered it, but still can not sync to the server. I get only the message above with no error number.

I have had trouble in the same time frame with my account getting locked out on the Exchange server, and I suspect Entourage is doing something odd when it tries to log and it is causing Exchange to lock me out.

Entourage is 11.4.0

The last update I put in was the newest Open Office Converter, which went in a day ahead of the problems starting.

Ideas?

After clearing out a strange looking pref file with a corrupted looking name, I'm still unable to get in, but am getting this message:

HTTP error. The server cannot fulfill the request.

Slight different, same result.

Have you verified with your Exchange Server administrator that nothing
has changed on the server? Has he applied any updates or upgraded lately?

Specifically what error number?

Authorization problems mean either your password is wrong or your server
doesn't like the authentication method you're using.

Are you connecting from within your company network or are you
connecting to your webmail address from outside your company network?

I have instructions for both here:

"Connecting Entourage to an Exchange Server at work"
<http://entourage.mvps.org/exchange/exchangeatwork.html>

"Connecting Entourage to an Exchange Server from Home"
I have had trouble in the same time frame with my account getting

me out.

Go into the Keychain Access utility found in /Applications/Utilities and
locate your Exchange account saved password. Select it and delete it
completely.

Next, open Entourage and attempt to connect to your account again.
You'll be asked to enter your password.
The last update I put in was the newest Open Office Converter, which
went in a day ahead of the problems starting.

This won't affect Entourage at all.

Hope this helps!
