HTTP linking problem in Outlook

Whenver someone sends me a url, clicking on it does not bring up the
website.

Any idea?

Quit all programs and then press Start-> Run and type the following;
regsvr32 urlmon.dll

You'll get message
DllRegisterServer in urlmon.dll succeeded

Press OK and try a clicking on the link again
