HTTPS Vs HTTP

Hi,

With the project server configured as http, I had a plan
checked-out. The sysadmin changed the server from http to
https. When I tried saving the plan it gave me an error
saying that the the URL is not right ( obviously !! ) and
finally it crashed. I went to the WebAccess and did a
Check-in but after that I cant find the project plan on
which I was working. I checked up the backend tables but
there is no sign of this table.

Any idea as to why this happened ?? Incase you have any
info on the effects of HTTPS Vs HTTP then please pass me
on the info...
