hwo do i add word art onto a photo in word 2002?

on word 97 i was able to add word art to my photos but since i upgraded to
word 2002 whenever i try to add it onto a photo it just puts the wrod art on
a nother blank page.Anyone help me please?

WordArt in 2002 is by default formatted as In Line With Text. Change the
wrapping style to In Front of Text, and you should be right.
