Hyper Link in a File

Hi all,

let s say i have a plan designed in Ms. Word and there are some
annexes. there annexes are in siprit files now i want these file not
to appear and the link should take me to those annexes... is that
possible??

and look up inserting links or
something to that affect....

Press F1 key, type in Create Hyperlink, click the link, follow the
instructions.

i guess there s some misunderstanding with my question. the only
onething i am asking in here is that the files they are linked i want
them not to be visible.
i did creat a hyperlink, and if i search i can find the original
location but i want those file no to be vissible.

Bob I

That is not a feature of Office. Where the files reside and whether the
directory structure is visible is related to the directory permissions,
not anything in Office.
