Hyperlink base

Hi,

I'm export/importing MS Project templates in XML format, and I'm using
relative paths as URL:s. How can I save also hyperlink base address in XML
format?

thanks,
Henrik

Hyperlinks external to the file (such as reference to microsoft.com) are
going to need a fully qualified reference. If the page you are calling is in
a folder subodinate to the folder containing the project.xml file, try this:
/folder/file.htm

However, from testing it here, it looks like you will need a full path:
"file:///full path"

There is a good book on HTML by Elizabeth Castro that may be very helpful.
Try that on amazon or a similar site.

Hi! Let me clarify my situation a bit more.

I have URL:s to local files, but to allow easy maintanance (e.g. possibility
to move the folders and share the content with someone else), I have the
paths as relative. This works well, when I set "hyperlink base" from
file>properties>summary.

However, when I now try to save my project as XML, the "hyperlink base" data
will not be saved even though information like "author" or "company" will be.

I'm using MS Project 2003. Is this possibly working in new versions?

thanks,
Henrik
