Hyperlink causes hang

Hyperlinks to pdf's cause a hang. Entering a hyperlink into a text box at
run time and then clicking on that hyperlink does not cause a hang, so it is
specific to the Infopath hyperlink.
It makes no difference whether the hyperlink is static or dynamic, both
cause a hang.

This is a Vista issue because I tested it on XP and there was not a problem
so this is NOT an Infopath issue.
