hyperlink from frames

I have two pages ( A.htm and B.htm ) that were
constructed using frames ( Header_A.htm and Main_A.htm
for A.htm and Header_B.htm and Main_B.htm for B.htm
).

In the Main_B.htm some words were set as bookmarks. In
the Main_A.htm some hyperlinks were created to point to
the corresponding bookmarks in the Main_B.htm

How can i set up things so that when a hyperlink in
Main_A.htm is clicked a Whole new page opens ( B.htm )
and in the Main_B.htm the corresponding bookmark is
founded ???

edit the hyperlink properties, click target frame and then when you see the
little picture of the frames page click on the frame you want it to appear
in
