hyperlink from Word to specific page in PDF

Hi,

I'm trying to create a link in Word to a specific page in
PDF. (I know how to create a link in Word to a PDF and
how to link to a specific page in another Word document
using bookmarks but can't seem to combine the two.)

Any ideas? Is it possible?
