I have an application that has one hyperlink on a form that is normally
linked to an impage file else where in the user's system, ie My Documents/My
Pictures. I have one user who can not seem to get the hyperlink to work. He
is following the normal sequence of events for building the hyperlink just
fine. He can open his images using Microsoft Picture Viewer, but when he
tries to open the image with the hyperlink he is unsuccessful. He does not
have Office on his computer, just Windows 2000 and my runtime Access
application. I have many other users that use this function without fail. I
have tried re-naming his files, opening in other image viewers, but to no
avail. Any ideas?
