Hyperlink is dim and can not change the source

I click Edit and then links... to change the source of links but I can not
change it as the tab color becomes dim /gray.

Edit - Links is for formula links (such as when you reference another
workbook for data). To edit hyperlinks, you need to right click on the
cell/object containing the hyperlink and edit from there.
