Hyperlink issue with OneNote 2007

I am having an issue Hyperlinking with OneNote

I have intranet based URLs such as
http://mycompany.rightanswers.com/p...s/viewsolution.jsp?solutionid=041020212171474

If I create a Hyperlink or simply paste this URL into WORD, OUTLOOK or
directly into a web browser, I am correctly linked to the
corresponding article on the website/server referenced.

In OneNote, no matter how I include the same hyperlink - when I click
it within OneNote the following is changed in the URL.

from:http://mycompany.rightanswers.com/portal/app/portlets/results/
viewsolution.jsp?solutionid=041020212171474

to:http://mycompany.rightanswers.com/portal/ss/login.jsp?redirecturl=/
portal/app/portlets/results/
viewsolution.jsp_raques_solutionid=041020212171474

This of course routes me to the login page for the site. I cannot
understand why the URL gets modified in this manner and wonder if
there is any way to stop this? I've tried pasting directly the URL
into a section and using the Create Hyperlink option.

Again, placing and clicking the same URL in Word, or Outlook does not
cause this 'redirecting' modifcation to the URL.
