HYPERLINK Issues in Outlook 2007

I am just now having trouble with hyperlinks within my emails. When I
cut/paste or even type them into the email, I get {HYPERLINK
"http://www.microsoft.com"} instead of "www.microsoft.com" with an active
link.

I did search help and the technical support, but could not find anything on
it. Any advice would be most appreciated.
