HYPERLINK MISSING IN PUBLISHER PAGE

Hi,
I don't know what happened but when creating the monthly newsletter
Publisher is not recognizing an email address as a hyperlink as it use too.
Something must not be loaded correctly since all the previous newsletters
recognize the email as a hyperlink. I am using Publisher from Microsoft
Office 2007. In doing some testing in Word 2007 it also would not recognize
but I was able to correct that by going to the File icon/Word Options and
clicking on Proofing. I can't find that same option in Publisher. What has
happened? Where did the auto hyperlink go? Please if someone knows how to get
it back I would appreciate your help.
