hyperlink not working

I am currently running Office Visio Standard 2003 (SP2), Internet Explorer 6.
I have created a test document that incorporates hyperlinks. The hyperlinks
do not work when I save and publish the document as a web page. I have tried
both relative and absolute links. The error is similiar to that described in
Article 913756.

Any assistance would be appreciated
