Hyperlink opening in new window

I asked this question a week ago, but somehow it never appeared, or is gone.

I want on my site sertain hyperlinks that opens in a new window, instead the
same.
How, where etc?

In the properties (Alt-Enter) for the link, click on "Target Frame" and
select New Window.
