hyperlink opens two windows

When I click on a hyperlink in an email, two Internet explorer windows open.

Originally only one window would open, but I would get an error message that
said "Locate Link Browser". I followed the suggestions on the forum for
correcting this-but now it opens two windows.

I don't get the error message now.
