Hyperlink Phone numbers on Outlook contact page

I'm hoping this is a simple VB thing. When browsing contacts and/or
when viewing a contact I'd like for the phone numbers to be
hyperlinked to a url such as

http://google.com?phone='outlook phone number'

Does anyone know of a simple way to do this?

You can't create a hyperlink field per se, but you could modify the code snippet at http://www.slipstick.com/dev/tips/formhyperlink.htm#label to concatenate the basic URL with the phone number.
