Hyperlink problem

A very strange one here: When I click on a hyperlink in
an e-mail message, I.E doesn't fire up. Its like I am
clicking into normal text.

Do you have a pop up stopper active. It is possible that the opening of a
new IE window is being considered as a pop up and is being blocked. I have
had that problem with an older version of the popupstopper program.
