Hyperlink problems

Hi,

I am trying to create a hyperlink in my presentation and
somehow it happens to be 413 characters long. The
interface to create the hyperlinks does not accept this
range.
My suggestion is to increase the limit to something like
1000 characters.

You need to go the other way. In this case smaller is better. ISTR that 123-128
characters is the max

If you are trying to use a web address hyperlink, you can shorten the link
by using http://tinyurl.com. It si a service that takes a long link and
creates a tiny one for it. This will work if you are connected to the
Internet, but would not work when offline.
