I have a hyperlink that has been targeted to the main frame. However,

Could you please tell me how can I fix this problem?

Make sure that the target in the link is the same as the name for the MAIN
frame. These are CaSe sensitive.
Or post a link to the frameset, and the bad link.

Are you working in a frameset and is one of the frames actually named "main" -same case
- or is there a base target somewhere in the page (remove it)

Yes I am working in the frameset and actually the frame I targeted ia called
"main". When I click the link in my computer it opens as a new windows.
However, when I click the link in somebody else computer it opens in the

I forgot to mention that happen just with the PDF file only. The other files
targeted to main (html, word, excel, etc) are working properly.

Best regards.

You may have a setting in acrobat reader set to do that
- I would always set a PDF to open in a new window since acrobat adds it's own toolbar
