Hyperlink to a file name

Hi there

I am hoping for some help...

I have created a db that stores temp employees details.
What I am trying to do is on the form I use to view and edit temps, is to
have a page that contains a listbox that contains hyperlink to files of their
e.g. CV's Scanned copies of views.

I would like to press on a command button and a dialog box to appear and be
able to double click on the location of the file and for it to appear in the
listbox.

Is this possible to do?

Can anyone suggest what I need to do to get started on this?
