Hyperlink to a specific page in Pub. 2000/Saving multiple web page

I am trying to create a hyperlink to another page I have in the same web
site(page 3). In the insert menu I go to Hyperlink-Create to another page in
your website-Hyperlink Information-specific page but there is only page one?

Also, every time I make any changes to page one or two, the file names in
the images are changed back to what I call "default". img0, img1. ect. If I
create a new page with publisher with new images it assigns the same default
file nams and over-wrights the images I had in the folder I have for the web
site.

I am not sure I understand your question. In Pub 2000 I select some text or
an image on my page > Insert > Hyperlink and the Hyperlink dialog gives me
the option of 'Another page in your site'. Then below that I can choose
'first page, previous page, next page, or specific page' and beside that
last option is a dropdown box with a downward pointing chevron. Click it to
see the other pages. You can also just type in the page number.

Alternatively if I have custom named my other pages, I choose the option 'A
web site or file on the internet' and just write a full, absolute link to
the other page in my site.

Now given these work flows, what is it that is not working for you?
