Hyperlink to Access?

Does it take a great deal of programming knowledge to
create a hyperlink in a Front Page html file that
transfers control to Access, so Access reports can be run?
I don't have the programming knowhow to do the more
complex code involved in integrating the two together,
and the wizards in both programs (DRW/Data Access Pages)
don't go far enough for what our company wants. Would
this require a plug in?

Access to the database for manipulating and updating is done through either
ASP WebPages or MS-Access Data Access pages[DAP]. This is the most secure
and suggested way of making a database available to internet users. You can
