hyperlink to new page but don't display toolbar

I'm using FP2000. I can open a new page with a hyperlink and have it open as
a new window. What I'd like to do is have the new window open up with it's
toolbar or navigation bar displayed. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Wow, that works great. Thanks Tom.
I cross posted because my MS newsreader keeps losing posts lately and I
wasn't sure what actually got posted. I finally was able to activate my
roadrunner news server and found the newsgroups that way. The problem with
the RR news server is that it only holds most posts for about 3 days.
Anyway, that little program was just what I needed :)
