I have a field that holds a hyperlink to a file. I set the field in table as
a hyperlink. Created a subform for this table and field.
When I used an update query to add the hyperlinks for the files all seems
well. I can see the hyperlink in the subfrom but nothing happen when it is
clicked or double clicked. I have to edit the hyperlink and add the file name
to the address in the dialog box. Or, i can use the followhyperlink method,
but when that event triggers the file is opened (you see it flash on the
screen)but the focus set back to the Access form.
I would prefer to just be able to have this work when the update query is run.
