I am creating visio work flow diagrams to map our design process, with links
to standard documents (templates, procedures, etc). the names of these
documents will change when they are updated, which will break the hyperlinks.
is there a way of creating a report of all the hyperlinks in the visio
document?

There is a document hyperlink report and a hyperlink check. It can
also do this on an individual page as well.

Thanks, Paul. This looks like it will do the trick (although i have to wait
until i can get the IT team to let me install it - i don't have administrator
rights to my computer!). I was hoping i wouldn't need to play around with VBA.
