Hyperlinks and pasting into Word

Is it possible to paste/insert a Visio chart into Word and
retain hyperlinks that have been set up on individual
shapes?

I have been pasting in the individual hyperlinked shapes
separately and then grouping them together in Word, but
this is really time consuming.

I am using Vision 2000 and Word 97.
