Hyperlinks between Frames

I want to create hyperlinks in one frame that point to various bookmarks that
are inserted in another frame. I can't seem to be able to do that. It doesn't
appear to be as easy as a normal hyperlink/bookmark relationship.

Can someone point me in the right direction if this can be done?

Are you absolutely sure you're using Frames and not text boxes? What command did
you use to create the frames? And which version of Word do you have?
