Hyperlinks breaks the bookmark link when pack and go is used.

We make hyperlinks in the power point slide shows that look like

somefile.doc#TheEnd

When we use pack and go, the hyperlink loses the #TheEnd and breaks the nice
bookmark for presentations that are created with pack and go.
