Hyperlinks in e-newsletter

I want to create an e-newsletter with links within in to 1 pic and 2 docs so
they open in a new window when clicked. The files are located on my hard
drive. The links work for me but not for others.

That would be because the files are located on your hard drive to which the
recipients to not have access.
